Manning Point is both a riverside and seaside location, where the sea and the north arm of the Manning River meet at this idyllic point.
Located just 25 minutes drive east of Taree, Manning Point Beach is the perfect spot for families to visit. It features a river pool, BBQ and picnic facilities, a playground and you can even take your furry four legged friends for a walk! The fishing enthusiasts will also love this spot as there is a boat launch nearby and great fishing.
Over the years the lands of Farquhar Inlet and Manning Point have been the most successful breeding and fledgling sites in the State for the endangered shore bird the Little Tern.
The access point at Manning Point is currently open, however the extent of erosion in the area may require closure again at any time. Please observe signage in the area which may indicate the ramp is closed. Visitors to Farquhar Park: please note that if the beach access point is closed, access is only possible by boat.
